Justin Stacey is a user interface designer and software developer whose experience spans 15 years working in the interactive digital media industry. Justin got his start in Ottawa Canada developing computer based training applications for clients such Canada Trust, Jetform and SHL Systemhouse. Here he successfully led the development of IPT Nelson's first foray using interactive digital media in the classroom. With the increasing prominence of the World Wide Web, Justin went on to develop web based applications for clients including Industry Canada, Nortel Networks, National Defence, Elections Canada, Canada Council for the Arts before leaving Ottawa for Vancouver in 2000.
After moving to Vancouver, Justin led the user interface design of MediaBz, a video-centric content management and web publishing system that powered the CTV News website. Following this Justin worked at Vision Critical, where he developed innovative market research applications for clients including Ipsos Reid and BC Lotteries before moving on to join Bodog Entertainement, where he oversaw the most significant redesign of their flagship web property bodoglife.com. Justin is currently a partner in Fire450 Creative Services and is a co-founder of FanYard.
